Head 2 Toe Salon Policies
Time Policy
Please be on time for appointments. Head 2 Toe understands the time constraints of everyday life, but please understand that the salon has many appointments slated day-to-day and cannot accommodate for late appointments. If you are not sure about the length of your appointment, please reach out to your stylist for the proper length your appointment will need.
Color Correction Policy
Your stylist will request an in-person consultation before any work is done. Please be prepared for color correction consultations.
Cancellation Policy
If you must, please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. As a courtesy, Head 2 Toe will call and confirm your appointment 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals and/or missed appointments.
No Show Policy
When making an appointment, Head 2 Toe will ask for a card to keep on file that will not be charged unless you miss your appointment. You will be charged a no show fee.
Refund Policy
Head 2 Toe does not offer refunds of any kind. If you are unhappy with your results please call or text your stylist directly. The Head 2 Toe team is happy to make small adjustments within 2 weeks or less.
